TOPEKA – (January 26, 2018) – A Missouri contractor has been temporarily prohibited from doing roofing business in Kansas while a state lawsuit alleging violations of consumer protection laws is pending, Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt said today. Shawn Obermann and his business, Armour Roofing, LLC, of Kansas City, Mo., is temporarily banned from doing business in Kansas. Shawnee County District Judge Larry Hendricks entered a temporary restraining order on Wednesday prohibiting Obermann and his company from acting as a roofing contractor in the state.
