TOPEKA – (February 12, 2018) - Attorney General Derek Schmidt today joined a rare coalition of all 56 states and territories urging Congress to end forced arbitration in cases of workplace sexual harassment. Schmidt, along with all 55 other state and territorial attorneys general, sent a letter today to Congressional leadership seeking enactment of legislation to ensure that sexual harassment victims have access to the judicial system and are not required, as a condition of employment, to forfeit this right.
