New requirement for CDL holders to be trained starts July 1 TOPEKA – (April 3, 2018) – A national organization that works closely with the trucking industry has been approved to provide anti-human trafficking training to commercial drivers license holders in Kansas, Attorney General Derek Schmidt said today. The organization, Truckers Against Trafficking (TAT), has submitted training curriculum that has been approved by the attorney general to provide the training for CDL holders in Kansas.
