TOPEKA – (July 14, 2020) – Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt today announced the appointment of Dick Works of Humboldt to the REACH Healthcare Foundation Community Advisory Committee. Works is a fourth-generation farmer in Allen County and served 24 years as an Allen County Commissioner. His family’s agricultural roots in Allen County date to 1856.
