TOPEKA – (September 7, 2018) – There has been a change in location for the Magna Carta exhibit on display at Pittsburg State University next week. Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt and the judges of the 11th Judicial District are hosting the display on the history of the Magna Carta – the 13th century document that set the course for democracy in England, and greatly influenced democracy in the United States.
