DODGE CITY – (November 18, 2019) – A Ford County woman has been found guilty of an unlawful act relating to an identification card, Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt said. Dominga Pablo-Lopez, 20, of Dodge City, on Friday pleaded no contest in Ford County District Court to one felony count of an unlawful act relating to an identification card. The case stemmed from an investigation by the Office of Special Investigations of the Kansas Department of Revenue, which revealed that in March 2018 Pablo-Lopez used a false name in her application for a Kansas ID card at the Ford County Motor Vehicle Department in Dodge City.
