WICHITA – (November 19, 2019) – An Andover man has been found guilty of four violations of the Kansas Uniform Securities Act, Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt said. Lawrence Hagedorn, 64, today pleaded guilty in Sedgwick County District Court to four felony counts of criminal violations of securities regulations. The case stemmed from an investigation by the Office of the Kansas Securities Commissioner which revealed that Hagedorn, a former registered agent for a broker-dealer, sought loans and borrowed money from two securities customers in violation of the Kansas Uniform Securities Act and rules adopted under the law.
